Any of our neighborhood Pet Pros stores will happily accept returns or exchanges of your in-store or online purchases within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in new or like-new condition, have the original packaging, and be accompanied by a receipt or online order confirmation.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment or store credit.
Store credits can be used for future in-store purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a purchase was paid by check, a refund will be issued with a store credit or company check after a 10-day waiting period from the date of sale.
While we process refunds to credit and debit cards the same day, it can take 10-15 business days for you to receive the credit, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If making an exchange, any positive balance we owe you will be refunded in the same manner of your original payment or store credit.
For returns after 60 days or without a receipt, we will issue store credit only.
In most circumstances, Gift Cards purchased at one of our stores are not returnable; however, we do understand that situations change sometimes and we will evaluate on a case by case basis whether we will accept the return of a gift card and issue a refund.
